It should work if coordinates are not too large.
If, for instance, you have a coordinate that is 1000 inches, you cannot export it in 3.x, since the 3. can only accomodate up to 999.
If that is not the case, please email us your sample data and we will investiaget and let you know.

Thanks for sending the file.
The data was metric and had a pad at (836.93, 1063.625) mm.
This cannot be represented in 3.3, as 1063 needs at least 4 digits.
The Gerber units for metric are mm not cm.
