You need to check the "View/Scroll Bars" item:

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Some of the recent versions have a bug that causes the scrollbars to not be displayed. You need to uncheck the "Scroll Bars" mnenu item to make them come back.
This bug will be fixed soon.

I finally got back here to check up on this problem - thank you for the reply.

I will be sure to keep checking for a new release that will hopefully fix this most irritating bug.

Dave.

I just downloaded the ViewmatePro trial software. Been a long time user of Deluxe and when I saw you now have centroid data generation figured I would give it a try. So I followed the procedure laid out as far as creating the new footprint and then generating centroid data from this new file. The issue is when I generate the centroid file it is creating far more data than what is there. There are roughly 90 footprints in the new footprint file, but it's exporting well over 1000 different part numbers and locations. When I view the new centroid gerber file generated it shows the correct outlines for the approximate 90 components, but the "id" number is overwritten several times on almost all of the components but a couple. Any ideas on what I did incorrectly? Thanks!

OK IMHO if you want to make it super-useful, you need to replicate the 'flip PCB over in my hand' experience with 3 options:

(1) flip and show only layers on top side
(2) flip and show only layers on bottom side
(3) flip but show all layers as though the PCB was transparent
