Disappointed with Pentalogix

Purchased the program. Tech support is non existent - no one answers the phone, leave a message and no one gets back to you.

This forum, post a message and it doesn't get posted.

Sorry for your bad experience with tech support.
There will be delays in answering forum posts, but tech support over the phone should be always available (during Pacific time working hours).
Have pointed out your complaint to management and they will investigate.
