Hello

Your data contains an arc at the bottom of the board that has a very large radius. Select that arc and then right click and choose "View Selection->Properties". You will see that the center of the arc is at X=0.46 mm, Y=1026.342 mm. That's why you cannot export using 3.3 format. The Y coordinate requires at least 4 digits. To export this file, you will need to use 4.6 format.

In general, it is suggested that you export with as many digits after the decimal point as possible, to avoid round off errors.

How do I trace which part or where is the location causing the error base on the error shown? But why software like Cam350 did not have error when saving in 3:3 format?

P.S
The laser machine need 3:3 to cut.

In cases like this, please email the sample Gerber to support@pentalogix.com with a short explanation of what is wrong and we will take a look.
