Re-Installation problem

Hi

due to hardware issue, we had to clone-Move a hard disk from one PC to another.
after that, ViewMate Pro stopped working.
removing and re-installing the software didn't solve the problem.

we have a serial, a password, and our account details.

the error we receive: Unable to install license code for ViewMate pro, returned error code = 12

please help

You will need to get a new license from us since the old license is locked to the hardware which was changed.
Please contact support@pentalogix.com to receive a new license.
